Reimagining Kindness Together; Changing the Merrimack Valley Forever

Past

Past

We began with an idea during the COVID-19 pandemic. The simple thought was that people would need a safe community space to connect and share needs that others might be able to fill. We hoped for a few hundred to join the Facebook Group, but it became thousands within weeks.
Our Story

Present

Present

We are a diverse community of kindhearted people 10,000+ strong in the Merrimack Valley reimagining kindness together and creating over 100,000 kind acts since we started in 2020. This is FUN!

Future

Future

We are expanding rapidly with strategic partnerships and innovative programs that will spread more kindness to more people, faster and more efficiently.
Get Involved

We are a true collaboration of nearly 10,000 individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities across the Merrimack Valley region of Massachusetts. Everyone works together to contribute items, talent, time, effort, tasks, and skills to positively impact the community. Together, we create a powerful force of good, spreading kindness and community support wherever it is needed throughout the region. We have experienced firsthand that “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts” (Aristotle).

5 PROGRAMS; ENDLESS VOLUNTEERING POSSIBILITIES

Infinite is an understatement when we refer to the ways one person or group can volunteer at TKC. The Kindness Collaborative IS volunteering – stepping up and stepping into action by the community for the community in myriad ways. We invite individuals, groups, associations, businesses, clubs, and organizations to make a real impact on our culture.

When we recently asked Jenny Ann of Pure and Clean Non-Toxic Cleaning if she'd consider donating a house cleaning to a local mother whose littlest was having an operation around the same time her older son was having a birthday, her answer was an immediate "I would be happy to"!

Kindness comes in so many forms. This time it came in the form of some much needed support for a local mama, her baby, and her birthday boy 💜

Enjoy your basket of kindness, Jenny. You deserve it!

I think the greatest thing I learned today from being a part of Andover Days with The Kindness Collaborative is that the young generation wants to volunteer and spread kindness. These kids/teens were completely unprompted by their parents too! The future is looking good!
